We begin construction in March 2007. Permits requested in the city of Coral Gables. Soon, workers come in to measure everything and begin building the brown wall that would separate the new construction from the pool. That way, we can use the pool while we build and it won't get all dirty.
Estimate time to finish: 6 months.
